Silvie’s Industrial Solutions Shipping Policy:

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.


Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for most orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.


Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the destination address. Customers can view the shipping rates After Silvie’s Industrial Solution make contact with the shipping company.


Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped, allowing them to track the delivery status online. (This will be provided by the shipping company)


International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within The Caribbean.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact our Sales team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement item or a refund as quickly as possible.


Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or may not be accepted.


Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Sales Department and ask to speak to supervisor to obtain a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our sales Department team and ask to speak to a supervisor to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability of the product note that any exchange due to customer negligence will be submitted to 10% restocking fee.


Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our repairs department within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.


Special Orders: Special order items may be subject to different return policies. Please contact our Sales department for more information about returning special order items.


Refused Deliveries: Refused deliveries will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and may incur additional shipping charges.
